February 2017 Book Haul

February 2017 Book Haul

King’s Cage – Victoria Aveyard
Third book in the Red Queen Series. I preorded this a while ago, eagerly counting down the days until it arrived in my mail box.  And I already finished this book in a matter of days! Now I have to wait another year for the last book 🙁
(Book Depository Amazon US / Amazon Canada / Amazon UK)

Gemina – Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff
I just started reading Illuminae (book one of this series) and it is AMAZING. Totally unique, totally awesome, and totally my kind of book. I bought book two so I could jump straight into it after finishing Illuminae.
(Book Depository / Amazon US / Amazon Canada / Amazon UK)

The Girl from Everywhere – Heidi Heilig
Time travel. I’m obsessed with time travel. Gimme.
(Book Depository / Amazon US / Amazon Canada / Amazon UK)

Crown of Midnight – Sarah J Maas
Confession: I’ve read Throne of Glass and didn’t like it. But, after reading A Court of Mist and Fury, Sarah J Maas redeemed herself in my eyes. No, it wasn’t a great book – nowhere near my favourites  list – but it was enough that I thought maybe, just maybe, the Throne of Glass series might just get better.  We’ll see.

Not Pictured

Uncoventional – Maggie Harcourt
Takes place at a fan convention? Compared to Rainbow Rowell? SOLD.
(Book Depository  / Amazon UK)

Gilded Cage – Vic James
99p on Kindle. It’s been described as what would have happened if Voldemort won the wars.
(Book Depository / Amazon US / Amazon Canada / Amazon UK)

Upside of Unrequited – Becky Albertalli
Got an ARC from Netgalley. I read Simon Vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda last year and LOVED it. Seriously, one of my favourites from the entire year. Upside is, naturally, one of my most anticipated reads of 2017.
