Reading Roundup – November 2016

November 2016 Reading Roundup

There’s no November book haul post from me this month because I actually did not buy any books. Your gasps of shock are well warranted and I have no excuses.

However, I did read books!

Crooked Kingdom – Leigh Bardugo
5/5 – The conclusion to Six of Crows and what a fantastic one!
(Book Depository / Amazon US / Amazon Canada Amazon UK)

I See You – Clare Mackintosh
4/5 – Berkley Publishing sent over a review copy (thank you!) A great thriller you can read fairly quickly and get your heart rate going. Read my review!
(Book Depository / Amazon US / Amazon Canada / Amazon UK)

Goblet of Fire – JK Rowling
5/5 – I think this may be my favourite Harry Potter book. But it’s so hard to choose.
(Book Depository / Amazon US / Amazon Canada / Amazon UK)

Caretaker – LA Graf
3/5 – I needed a Star Trek fix. However, this was a novelization of the first episode of Voyager and unfortunately novelizations don’t generally read that well compared to the other Star Trek books out there.

Landline – Rainbow Rowell
2/5 – I loved loved loved Fangirl, Attachments, and the short Kindred Sprits so reading another Rowell novel seemed like a no brainer. Unfortunately Landline just didn’t do it for me. It was just so… boring.
